This Privacy Policy explains how Hey Winos (“Hey Winos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit HeyWinos.com (the “Site”), contact us, or inquire about or receive our wine-collection, appraisal, relocation, resale-assistance, hospitality-consulting, training, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing or service address.

Inquiry and correspondence information, including the message you submit through the Site and records of our communications.

Service information, such as details about a wine collection, inventory lists, photographs, provenance or purchase information, storage conditions, valuations, transaction preferences, restaurant or hospitality operations, and project requirements.

Transaction and billing information when you engage us. Payment-card information may be handled directly by a third-party payment processor rather than stored by us.

Any other information you voluntarily provide.

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and interactions with the Site. Third-Party Features

The Site is hosted using GoDaddy website services and uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. Those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies. Links to third-party sites—including social-media, auction, retail, winery, inventory-management, shipping, appraisal, insurance, or payment services—are governed by the third party’s policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare proposals, and provide the Services.

Inventory, organize, analyze, value, relocate, or assist with the acquisition or disposition of wine collections as requested.

Communicate about projects, transactions, reports, invoices, service updates, and customer support.

Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and Services.

Measure Site traffic and understand how visitors use the Site.

Comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect rights, safety, and property.

Send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time; transactional communications may continue.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.
